How to get there
There are two ways to reach Kirpal Sagar by plane - one is via Delhi and the other one via Chandigarh.
Chandigarh is only approx. 90 km away from Kirpal Sagar, but only few airlines have direct-flights to Chandigarh and they are usually more expensive.
Delhi is a large international airport approx. 350km away from Kirpal Sagar with cheap flights from all over the world.
But the journey from Delhi to Kirpal Sagar takes about 6-8 hours (depending on the volume of traffic). There will be a main break for breakfast and tea-/toilet-breaks during the trip as needed by the passengers.
If you arrive via Delhi or Chandigarh, we will try to arrange a direct transfer to Kirpal Sagar. However, this is only possible if you register using our registration form or far in advance by phone.
If for some reason no direct transfer is possible, you can take the Indo Canadian Bus or other busses directly from the airport in Delhi or Chandigarh to Nawansherah. From there you will be picked up by a car from Kirpal Sagar. Please keep the phone number of the Kirpal Sagar Office in case you need to contact anyone:
Tel. Nr.: +91-1823 240 064 or +91-1823 266 110
On the whole, this can be quite a long journey and so you should be able to do it in a good healthy condition.
Please be aware, that from most countries, a visa is needed to stay in India. You can get a visa from the Indian embassies in the bigger cities of your country. Nowadays it is also possible, to get an e-visa direct via Internet. This takes only a few days and can be used for two entries during one month.
